We start with crystal-clear resin and natural elements like preserved flowers, petals, and pigments,  shaping every droplet by hand to capture a memory, a mood, or a moment. Our signature floating illusion is created using invisible thread, making the jewellery appear as though it’s suspended in air: soft, weightless, and ethereal on your skin.

Every necklace and earring is made to order (not mass produced) and finished with certified Sterling Silver 925 findings for elegance and durability.
In some designs, we may use alternative finishes (such as silvery or gold-tone alloys) where a specific colour or look is essential to the piece’s mood or aesthetic.

Gently wipe your piece with a soft cloth or baby wipe to remove oils, makeup, or skin contact. This helps maintain its clarity and sparkle.

💧 Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Keep away from perfumes, creams, hair products, alcohol-based sprays, and household cleaners. These may cloud the resin or affect the invisible thread.

🛁 Don’t Soak or Shower
While our pieces are water-resistant, avoid submerging them in water (especially hot water or chlorinated pools) to preserve their delicate finishes.

🌞 Store Gently
Keep your jewellery in the Eternal Raine gift box or a soft pouch when not in use. Avoid direct sunlight or high heat to prevent colour shifts over time.

✈️ When Travelling
Tuck your piece in a separate pouch to protect the invisible thread and delicate components from tangling or pressure.

We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked for all UK deliveries.
Shipping is free on all orders over £100, and you’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves our studio.

📦 International Shipping
For orders outside the UK, we ship via UPS Tracked International.
Shipping is free on orders over £250, and you’ll be able to follow your delivery via the reference number we send you.

Because every Eternal Raine piece is handcrafted to order, please allow up to 2 -3 weeks for production.
UK customers usually receive their order within 3 weeks of purchase.
International shipping may take a little longer depending on customs and location.
