📦 Delivery Information

We ship with care. Just as your piece was made. Here’s how it works:

📦 UK Shipping
We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked for all UK deliveries.
Shipping is free on all orders over £50, and you’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves our studio.

📦 International Shipping
For orders outside the UK, shipping is free on orders over £100, and you’ll be able to follow your delivery via the reference number we send you.

🕊️ Production Time
Because every Eternal Raine piece is handcrafted to order, please allow up to 2 -3 weeks for production.
UK customers usually receive their order within 3 weeks of purchase.
International shipping may take a little longer depending on customs and location.

If you're in a hurry, perhaps for a wedding, gift, or special date, just reach out to us. We’ll always do our best to prioritise your order where possible.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Eternal Raine purchase! But if something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:

  • Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Return Process:

    1. Email us at hello@eternalraine.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our team will guide you through the return instructions.

    3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
