2. Product Nature & Indemnity

Each Eternal Raine piece is handcrafted using high-quality materials and often includes real flowers, foliage, or other natural elements.

Due to the organic nature of these materials:

  • Colours may vary slightly from images.

  • Some flowers may dry or age in unpredictable ways.

  • Minor imperfections, fading, or shifts in tone over time are natural and expected.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics as part of the unique beauty of our handmade work.

Eternal Raine does not accept liability for variations or changes due to natural behaviour of preserved organic materials. These are not considered defects.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternal Raine, its owners, creators, and affiliates from any claims related to natural variation, fading, or preservation outcomes.

3. Order Process

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. All pieces are made to order and typically take up to 2 weeks for production before shipping. Urgent requests may be accommodated—please email us in advance.

4. Shipping

  • UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

  • International orders are shipped via UPS or similar tracked courier.

  • UK shipping is free on orders over £100.

  • International shipping is free on orders over £250.

Tracking details will be provided once your item has shipped. If you need faster delivery, please contact us.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order and often customised, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@eternalraine.com within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo, and we will work to resolve it.

Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have started.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, descriptions, and branding — is the intellectual property of Eternal Raine. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any material without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
